Wish I would have taken more photos when I made this, but I didn't know how extremely delicious and easy it is. Once I found out, I really had share it!
Throw in all the ingredients and let the crock pot do the work! The longest part was chopping the spinach and artichoke. The recipe is from here and since it's so easy, just go check it out there.
We ended up with enough for 6-8 servings, so I'll be heating it up again tonight!
