This caramel apple sangria is absolutely delicious.
The drink is very sweet, and makes a great dessert.
One suggestion I have is to increase the vodka amount in it, it's a weak drink and could use a bit more and still not be too strong.
- bottle of wine (Moscato- we prefer something dryer so we used chardonnay)
- 3 cups apple cider
- 2-3 honeycrisp apples
- 1 pear
- 1 cup grapes
- 1/3 cup (or 1 cup - see above) caramel flavored vodka
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- lemon-lime soda
1. Slice the fruits and put them in
(we froze the sliced grapes ahead of time to use as ice cubes)
2. Pour everything else in and stir! (don't forget to shake the cider!)
3. Invite me over :)
