For Cinco de Mayo I used our slow cooker and this recipe from Skinnymom.com to make these pork tacos in our crock pot. The pork loin cooked great in the slow cooker, but the seasonings were way to spicy for my tastes. If you like spicy foods, then you'll want to try these out!
